A Sales Talent is wanted

We are looking for now an independent and outgoing talent with professional skills and experience in sales and passion for the bike industry.

Your tasks
• Further development for b2b market of OE/OD products
• Successful and profitable implementation of strategic marketing programs from offline to online.
• Responsibility for making tailored product solutions for different customers
• Responsibility for reaching sales goals
• Effective collaboration with the different departments of the Chinese team, such as R&D, manufacturing and service.
• Contact person for the trade for cross-departmental questions and appropriate coordination of solution approaches
• Independent visit planning with travel activity within Germany and neighbor countries
• Successful and profitable implementation of strategic marketing programs from offline to online.

Your Profile
• An above-average degree, preferably in the fields of business administration with a focus on marketing / sales / CRM
• Analytical thinking skills, knowledge of bicycle industry and products as well as extensive experience in the sales.
• Very good presentation and communication skills in German and English
• Proactive and result-oriented work with high self-motivation
• Enjoy traveling and getting to know new contacts from bicycle industry
• Solid knowledge of all common MS Office applications
• Active cyclist with a great passion for sport is a plus
